With a total of 8 years experience in customer service, sales, technical support, and admin support; I’ve gained skills in those fields that I could confidently showcase to a global audience. Some of these skills are;

* Managing, coaching, and organizing a team of agents as prescribed by company code and procedures.
* Reports analysis with expert level skills in data manipulation in MS Excel.
* Advanced knowledge of CRM (customer relationship management) software.
* Strong sense of organization and prioritization skills which are extremely important in team management.
